How do I care for my jewelry?
We recommend occasionally cleaning your jewelry using a cleaner (not recommended on stones) or a polishing cloth. When not worn, it is best to keep jewelry in a airtight plastic baggie included in your order.

Ordering::
How long does it take?
Please allow one week. If you have a deadline please let us know in the comments section when you checkout so we can accommodate.
Keep in mind each piece will be handmade especially for you. Please contact us if you have any concerns or have a deadline.
Rush Orders
If you need your item in a hurry or by a certain deadline please indicate in the comments area when you check out. Also select 2nd day or overnight shipping service for guaranteed delivery.
Payments
We cheerfully accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
We are required by law to charge shipments to California residents 9.5% sales tax.
Other Ordering Options
Although we encourage our customers to place their orders using our secure online ordering system, you can place an order by telephone or email. To place a telephone order, select the items you wish to order and call us at 1-323-403-3135 with your delivery and credit card information. You can also email us your order and we will process your order manually. Emailing you a Paypal invoice is another option available.

Exchanges & Returns::
All products are covered by our LIMITED WARRANTY. In the event you are not completely satisfied you can request an exchange or credit for any reason up to 14 days after your order was shipped. We do not offer full refunds on jewelry.
We aim for the highest customer satisfaction. If on receipt, your item is damaged or not in perfect condition we will remake it.
Please contact: jewelry@ofina.net for authorization if you need to return an item to be remade or exchanged.
